As someone who works in retail and loves shopping, I was rather disappointed by the complete lack of viable shopping applications. As a technology that is rapidly entering the growth stage, it is surprising that retailers are not jumping at the opportunity to be at the forefront of this technological shift. While VR is still very much in it’s infancy from a retail perspective, augmented reality (AR) has been around for a few years and continues to grow.
